Below you will find an overview of the application process to San Alberto Magno. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
STEP 1: Submit an Enquiry
You can register your interest in learning more about our school, by completing our online enquiry form. Upon receiving your enquiry, our admissions team will be in touch to provide further information and can arrange for you to come and visit the school.
STEP 2: School Tour
Our admissions team will take you on a personal tour of our outstanding facilities. During your visit, you will get a feel for the school, see our classrooms and specialist facilities and meet a member of our academic team.
STEP 3: Start your Application
When you are ready to apply for a place for your child(ren) at SAM, we will require a completed Application Form.
The following supporting documents will also be required:
- Copy of child’s passport/DNI/NIE or, failing that, birth certificate/libro de familia
- Copy of parents’/guardians’ passport/DNI/NIE
- Your child's most recent school report
- Vaccination card (Pre-School stage)
STEP 4: Offer and Acceptance
Following a review of the application and supporting documentation, and providing there is a place available in the appropriate year group, a formal offer of a place will be made.
To secure the place, you will be asked to sign the school’s terms and conditions, and to pay the Enrolment fee and Transcript fee. You can find more information about our fees on our Tuition Fees webpage.
Please note, where a year group is full and an applicant has satisfied the entry requirements, your child can join our waiting list, provided payment of the Transcript fee has been made (300,00€). This fee is refundable if you decide to give up your place on the waiting list. If we offer you a place and you reject it, this fee will not be refunded.
The school reserves the right to request an entry test and/or personal interview with your child as part of the admissions process.
